Craig A. Saunders is a 1986 graduate of the University of Maryland and a 1989 graduate of Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Saunders is admitted to practice law before all state and federal courts in the States of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Since his graduation from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Saunders has practiced law primarily as a civil litigator, representing individuals and corporations in a wide variety of legal disputes including attorney malpractice, employment disputes, contract matters and sophisticated securities litigation. Mr. Saunders also has experience in perfecting and arguing appeals in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First and Second Departments. Mr. Saunders was an associate at Kane, Dalsimer, Sullivan, Kurucz, Levy, Eisele and Richard before joining Stephen I. Munzer and Associates in 1991. In 1996, he became a partner in Munzer & Saunders, LLP.
Stephen I. Munzer was a 1960 graduate of Brown University, and earned his JD from Cornell University in 1963. He served in the United States Naval Reserves from 1965-1975. He was admitted to the New York Bar and the United States Supreme Court. He was a founding partner in the law firm of Munzer & Saunders, LLP. Mr. Munzer passed away in 2007 at the age of 68.
